There has been fresh contact between Juventus and Hellas Verona over Marash Kumbulla according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, which was aired a short time ago.

The Bianconeri club have shown an interest in signing the highly rated 20-year-old but currently find themselves behind Inter in the race to sign the Italian born Albanian national team defender.

Hellas Verona want a deal worth €35 million in total (€28 million upfront and €7 million in add-ons) for Kumbulla, who has had his first team breakthrough this term at the Stadio Marc’Antonio Bentegodi.

The report also states that Lazio are keen on signing Kumbulla but as things stand the Italian capital city club have had no direct contact with the Gialloblu side.

This season Kumbulla, who has a contract with Hellas Verona until the end of the 2021/22 season, has made 19 appearances across all competitions to date, in which he has scored a single goal.
