Manchester City have sparked an interest in signing Achraf Hakimi according to a report from the online edition of Spanish news outlet Sport.

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola is looking to strengthen his sides full back department and Hakimi is among his targets.

Hakimi is currently out on loan at Borussia Dortmund from Real Madrid, who are yet to decide whether to integrate him into the first team or sell him.

In the event they choose to sell him, the reportSpanish explains that Los Blancos will want at least €50 million for the Moroccan international, who has also been linked with a potential move to Inter.

The report concludes that Borussia Dortmund will seek a loan extension but it may be difficult for them to get one given Real Madrid will be unlikely to be short of offers if they decide he will not be part of the first team picture.
