Achraf Hakimi’s agent Alejandro Camano has admitted he has no ideas where rumours linking his client with a potential move to Inter have come from.

In the past few days and in recent weeks reports have linked Inter with possibly making a move for the Real Madrid owned full back, who is currently out on loan at Bundesliga outfit Borussia Dortmund.

“Hakimi has a contract with Borussia Dortmund until 30 June. From the following day he will have one with Real Madrid,” Camano began an interview with Italian news outlet FCInterNews.it.

Camano’s then went on to dismiss rumours in the media.

“I have no idea where these rumours come from. At Inter I look after the interests of Borja Valero. I was also the representative of Hector Cuper who had almost three beautiful years at the Nerazzurri.

“I also love Inter but the truth is that I have never talked about Hakimi with them. I don’t know what the Madrid press can write. Today I woke up and read that this or that club are in for the player but I repeat, all of this is not true.”

In conclusion Camano was asked about the future of Borja Valero, whose contract with Inter is due to expire in a matter of weeks.

“Borja is very happy with Conte. Borja has worked incessantly and given everything. His contract will expire at the end of June but he will surely remain until the end of the Europa League.

“When that agreement has expired, if the Nerazzurri want to, we will sit down and talk about a renewal. If they do not want to, we will see what happens but in any case our relations with Inter are excellent.”

This season Valero has played a bit part role for Inter, who he joined in 2017 from fellow Serie A side Fiorentina. The 35-year-old Spaniard has made 15 appearances across all competitions to date in which he has scored two goals in just under 900 minutes in total on the park.
