Inter and Manchester United will meet soon to discuss extending Alexis Sanchez’s loan until the end of the season according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, which was aired a short time ago.

The Chilean national team attacker joined Inter on a season long loan this past Summer and the loan is set to expire at the end of this month.

The clubs will have to come to an agreement to extend the loan until the end of the season, which has been extended due to the Coronavirus crisis which forced football across the planet to a halt.

The report goes on to explain that during loan extension discussions, the two clubs could possibly discuss a permanent move for the Chilean, who Inter manager Antonio Conte could push to have signed if he performs well in the remainder of the season.

Whilst on loan at Inter, Sanchez has made 16 appearances across all competitions to date, in which he has scored one goal and provided three assists.
