Contacts between Inter and Bayern Munich over the future of Ivan Perisic are ongoing according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Corriere dello Sport.
Perisic joined the recently crowned Bundesliga champions on a season long loan this past Summer and there was an option to buy him outright for €20 million but that option has since expired.
The report goes on to explain that Bayern Munich would like to extend the Croatian national team winger’s loan deal until the end of next season but Inter are pushing to sell him instead,
Inter are willing to drop to €15 million whilst Bayern Munich would be willing to offer no more than €10 million for the former Borussia Dortmund player.
Whilst on loan at the Bavaria based club, the 31-year-old has made 29 appearances across all competitions to date. During his time on the park, which totals just shy of 1500 minutes, he has scored six goals and provided eight assists for his teammates.
