Moroccan international fullback Achraf Hakimi, who is currently out on loan at Bundesliga outfit Borussia Dortmund, has accepted a move to Inter who are negotiating directly with Real Madrid for the player.
This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia’s transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio, who stated this on air moments ago, confirming earlier reports surfacing in Spanish media this morning.
According to the report, the deal is at an advanced stage, with the Nerazzurri having made an offer reportedly in the region of €40 million.
The player himself, has accepted a move to the Nerazzurri, according to Di Marzio’s website who reports further that the negotiations between Inter and Real Madrid are at the details stage.
Several reports in Spanish media have recently suggested that Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane has decided to cash in on the full-back to use those funds to strengthen other areas of the squad.
Hakimi has been in devastating form this past season for Borussia Dortmund where he has been on loan, having scored 9 goals and 10 assists across all competitions this season.
