Inter owned midfielder Radja Nainggolan is fully fit and could start for Cagliari against Torino this evening, according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sports Italia.

The report details how the 32-year-old Belgian midfielder has been suffering from a calf injury that has kept him out of the Rossoblu’s first two games in the restart of the season, against Hellas Verona and SPAL. The player is now fully fit and at the coach’s disposal, meaning that he could even start against the Granata this evening.

Nainggolan will return to Inter at the end of the season, the report continues, after his loan spell expires with Cagliari. The Sardinian side have appreciated the Belgian’s contributions this season but can’t afford either the deal or the 32-year-old’s wages, and so he will return to Milan. The Nerazzurri may decide to sell Nainggolan but could also reintegrate him into the Inter squad.
