Borja Valero will make a return to the starting lineup for Inter’s match at home to Brescia tomorrow night according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.
With Marcelo Brozovic in far from top condition, the Spaniard looks set to be called upon to pull the strings in the middle of the park in his absence. Valero will take the place of Roberto Gagliardini in the midfield and will play alongside Nicolo Barella.
Valero coming into the starting lineup will be one of several changes that Inter manager Antonio Conte will make to take on Brescia, who find themselves in the Serie A relegation zone.
Alessandro Bastoni will come in for Danilo D’Ambrosio whilst Ashley Young and Victor Moses will come in for Cristiano Biraghi and Antonio Candreva respectively.
Probable Inter starting lineup (3-4-1-2): Samir Handanovic; Diego Godin, Stefan De Vrij, Alessandro Bastoni; Victor Moses, Nicolo Barella, Borja Valero, Ashley Young; Christian Eriksen; Romelu Lukaku, Lautaro Martinez.
