Inter manager Antonio Conte has clear ideas about the kind of players he wants brought to the club in the upcoming transfer window according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Tuttosport.
Conte would like experienced players, perhaps players who he has already worked with, who are prepared for Inter’s mission which is to win silverware immediately.
With regard to experienced players, Conte would like players such as Tottenham Hotspur’s Jan Vertonghen, Barcelona’s Arturo Vidal, Napoli’s Allan, AC Milan’s Franck Kessie or even Chelsea’s N’Golo Kante.
Conte does not only want experienced players though and would also like a number of promising young talents to be brought in because as much as the goal for Inter is to win immediately, it is also to compete for honours for a long time.
The club have already recruited Achraf Hakimi from Real Madrid and have also shown a keen interest in Hellas Verona’s Marash Kumbulla and Brescia midfielder Sandro Tonali.
