Bayern Munich defender David Alaba’s representatives are yet to reach an agreement with the Bavarian club according to a report from German broadcaster Sky Sport Deutschland, which was aired a short time ago,
Alaba’s current contract with the German champions is due to expire at the end of next season and his father and agent George Alaba and adviser Pini Zahavi met with the Bavarian club for talks about a new deal but have not yet been able to agree terms.
The report goes on to explain that the player does not deem a move to Manchester City to be a priority. The Austrian has drawn links to Pep Guardiola’s side in recent weeks and months but the Spaniard’s desire to play him as a centre back is putting him off as he would rather play in the midfield instead.
The 27-year-old has also drawn links to Inter as of late, as well as Barcelona and Real Madrid.
