Marcelo Brozovic or Milan Skriniar could be sold by Inter to raise funds for the transfer market according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.

Inter need a big sale in order to finance their transfer window and with it looking unlikely that Lautaro Martinez will depart the club now, it could be Brozovic or Skriniar who are sacrificed.

Without a big sale, Inter manager Antonio Conte and chief executive Giuseppe ‘Beppe’ Marotta’s will have to review their plans for the transfer window.

Inter have already completed one signing ahead of the new season in the shape of highly rated right wing-back Achraf Hakimi in a €45 million deal from Real Madrid.

Inter have drawn no shortage of links to a whole array of players in the media with it widely reported that they want to bring in a mix of youth and experience to improve the squad for next season and beyond.
