Manchester United continue to want €20 million for Alexis Sanchez according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Tuttosport.

Sanchez is currently on loan at Inter until August 5 and the Nerazzurri club would like to keep a hold of the Chilean national team player.

Rather than meet Manchester United’s demands for the former Barcelona player, Inter are thinking about offering half as much in order to enable them to offer an important three year contract to the player.

Sanchez joined Inter on a season long loan this past Summer and spent the majority of the first half of the season sidelined due to an ankle injury which he sustained on international duty.

Since the season got back underway last month, Sanchez has been one of Inter’s best performing players with him scoring three goals and tallying seven assists in that time.

All in all Sanchez has made 28 appearances whilst on loan at Inter, in which he has scored four goals and provided 10 assists for his teammates.
