David Alaba’s representatives have offered him to Barcelona according to a report from Italian news outle PassioneInter.com.

Alaba has just under a year left to run on his current contract with Bayern Munich and is seriously considering moving on to pastures new.

Inter have shown an interest in signing him but as things stand he seems more focused on evaluating offers from England and Spain at the moment.

The report goes on to explain that Alaba’s enourage are in talks with Barcelona over him and in several recent transfer windows Barcelona have thought about signing him but never done so.

Although his expiring contract has reduced Bayern Munich’s bargaining power, Barcelona are hesitant about doing a deal now due to the likely costs and at the moment they are thinking about trying to sign him on a free transfer when his deal expires.

The report concludes that it remains to be seen whether the Austrian national team player will be willing to wait until next Summer to join Barcelona or not.
