Italian news outlet Calcio e Finanza have disclosed the details of Inter’s sponsorship agreements with Lenovo, Manpower Italia plus Credit Agricole.

Inter and Lenovo entered into an agreement on July 7 2019 and the agreement will last until June 30 2022 although Lenovo have a right to cancel the agreement if Inter are to enter into a sponsorship agreement with one of their competitors.

Lenovo, who are Inter’s official global technology partner, pay Inter a sum of €3 million a year and their logo can be seen on the club’s training gear.

Moving on to Manpower Italia, the sponsorship deal began in 2019 and also expires on June 30 2022. Manpower Italia are Inter’s premium partner and official HR partner.

Manpower Italia pay Inter a sum of €950,000 annually. If Inter qualify for the Champions league they get a bonus of €50,000 and they also get the same bonus if they are to win the Serie A title.

Manpower Italia have a right to terminate the contract with Inter for various reasons. These reasons are 1) If Inter grant identical sponsorship rights to any competitor of Manpower engaged in the same business, 2) If Inter’s corporate structure is subject to a reorganization, restructuring, transformation or modification, as well as to a change of control in the ownership, to the sole and exclusive extent that such event makes it impossible for Inter to fulfill its obligations under the contract, and 3) If four or more matches per season are played in a different stadium from the one where Inter’s first team usually plays or is played behind closed doors.

Inter’s agreement with Credit Agricole dates back to June 2018 and runs until the end of the upcoming season. Credit Agricole get some advertising rights as top partner and the official bank of Inter.

Credit Agricole will pay Inter a total of €4.8 million ovee the duration of the contract with them due to pay the final €1.7 million instalment this season. If Inter qualify for the Champions League they get a bonus of €200,000, just like if they win the Serie A title.

Credit Agricole have three reasons under which they are allowed to terminate the agreement. 1) If Inter grant sponsorship rights or naming rights to the training center or San Siro to other banking institutions, 2) If the Suning Group ceases to own, directly or indirectly, Inter or Suning cease to hold 51% of voting capital of Inter or the Issuer and 3) If Inter stop playing in Serie A.
