Inter’s owners the Suning group plan to have an explosive transfer window according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.
Inter have started the transfer market with a bang by signing Achraf Hakimi from Real Madrid in a deal worth a reported €45 million, including add-ons.
With the inexperienced Andrea Pirlo taking charge at Juventus, Inter want to be ready to take advantage of any little opportunity that they get to close the gap with their arch-rivals and they could well challenge for the Serie A title.
The report from the Milan based news outlet goes on to explain that under the stewardship of manager Antonio Conte, Inter have made great progress. They got close to Juventus and set a record for most points acquired since the treble winning season.
