Inter midfielder Marcelo Brozovic has successfully appealed against having his driving licence revoked according to a report from Italian news agency ANSA.

The Croatian national team midfielder was stripped of his driving licence in the past few weeks after driving through a red light and being caught driving over the legal limit by Police.

The Milan justice of the peace court accepted Brozovic’s appeal which was put forward by lawyer Danilo Buongiorno who stated that the reading Brozovic registered was within the limit and the margin of tolerance and for error in testing equipment was not accounted for and this appeal was accepted by the ruling judge.

This season Brozovic, who has been with Inter since 2015, has made 44 appearances across all competitions to date. In his time on the park, the 27-year-old former Dinamo Zagreb player has scored three goals and provided a total of six assists for his teammates.
