Radja Nainggolan has reached an agreement over personal terms with Cagliari according to a report from Italian news agency ANSA.it.

The Belgian central midfielder spent the 2019/20 season on loan at the Rossoblu club from Inter and is still on loan with them until the end of this month.

Cagliari management have far from hidden their desire to keep a hold of Nainggolan on a permanent basis and have moved one step closer to keeping him having agreed personal terms with him.

However, the Sardinia based outfit still need to find an agreement with Inter over the former Roma midfielder and at the moment Inter are currently entirely focused on their upcoming Europa League final.

Nainggolan joined Inter in a players plus cash deal from Roma back in the Summer of 2018 and still has a contract with Inter until the end of the 2021/22 season.

In the 2019/20 season, Nainggolan made 29 appearances across all competitions, in which he scored six goal and provided seven assists for his teammates.
