Torino desperately need to make sales to raise funds and Armando Izzo is a player who could be sacrified to do just that according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Tuttosport.
The Granata club need between €25-30 million and had previously valued Izzo at the lower end of that range but his price has since halved which has lead to a number of clubs sparking an interest in signing him.
Inter have a long standing interest in the Italian central defender and he is one of several defenders on Inter chief executive Giuseppe ‘Beppe’ Marotta’s list of potential reinforcements for the upcoming campaign.
Inter are however not alone in courting Izzo with the report from the Turin based news outlet goes on to explain that there is interest from Fiorentina and there is also interest from clubs in England although none of the clubs are named in the report.
