Inter achieved an unwanted first in their Europa League final loss to Sevilla according to sports data and analytics company Opta.
Inter lost 3-2 to the Spanish side at Bundesliga club FC Koln’s RheinEnergieSTADION on Friday night and this was in fact the first time in Inter’s history in which they conceded three goals in a European competition final.
Luuk de Jong scored two of Sevilla’s goals whilst their third goal was an own goal scored by Inter striker Romelu Lukaku.
