Inter target Arturo Vidal is interested in joining former team Juventus, according to a report from Chilean media outlet La Cuarta earlier today.

The report details how the 33-year-old Chilean has been told that he is no longer wanted at Barcelona and so is looking for a new home. Nerazzurri coach Antonio Conte is a big fan of Vidal and has asked for him in the last two transfer windows, so the Milanese club’s links with the midfielder are no surprise.

Juventus coach Andrea Pirlo spoke to Vidal on the phone to discuss a possible return to the Old Lady, the report continues. Conte has called the 33-year-old several times before to try and convince him to come to Milan, but the player wants to progress in the Champions League and is currently uncertain. The idea of returning to the Bianconeri is tempting because of the possibility of playing with Cristiano Ronaldo and attempting to win the Champions League.
