Inter have held further talks with Hellas Verona over Marash Kumbulla according to a report from Italian news outlet TuttoMercatoWeb.

As part of negotiations that have resulted in Federico Dimarco joining Hellas Verona on a season long loan with option to buy from Inter, Kumbulla’s name was brought up.

At this moment, Hellas Verona’s demands are too high for Inter who would like to arrange a deal to sign him in the Summer of 2021 and let him stay in Verona to continue playing regularly.

Inter are not the only club with an interest in signing the highly rated Italian born Albanian national team player. The report states that RB Leipzig made an offer of less than €20 million for Kumbulla but Hellas Verona did not even consider the bid and rejected it.

Last season Kumbulla made 26 appearances across all competitions. In just under 2100 minutes on the field, Kumbulla scored a single goal.
