Venezia are the club most interested in signing Inter striker Samuele Longo according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Tuttosport.
Longo is currently awaiting updates on his future in his hometown and is training alone at the moment whilst he waits.
The Italian striker spent the second half of last season out on loan at the Serie B outfit and the report claims that Inter are waiting for satisfactory offers to arrive for Longo.
It is unclear if Inter are looking to offload him permanently or only on a temporary basis but Longo does only have just under one year left to run on his contract with the club.
Longo is an Inter academy graduate but has spent almost his entire career out on loan either in Spain or elsewhere in Italy. The once highly rated forward has only ever made two appearances at first team level for Inter.
