There are no negotiations taking place for Inter to bring Kaio Jorge to the club according to a report from Italian football journalist and transfer market expert Alfredo Pedulla.
Reports in the Brazilian and Italian media have stated that Santos’ president has authorised an agent to hold talks with Inter over the highly rated 18-year-old but Pedulla claims that not only are negotiations not at an advanced stage but there are no negotiations whatsoever.
Inter therefore seeem very far away from adding the Brazilian teen sensation to their ranks and it remains to be seen whether the situation will change before the transfer window closes at the beginning of next month.
Kaio Jorge is a product of Santos’ famed academy which has produced the likes of Pele and Neymar and he is under contract with them until the end of December next year. Last season he scored one goal in 14 appearances across all competitions.
