Antonio Candreva could be the player who leads to Arturo Vidal joining Inter according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sport Mediaset, which was aired a short time ago.

Before brining Vidal to the club, Inter president Steven Zhang has told club management that there must be a sale. It looked like that sale would be Diego Godin to Cagliari but it may be Candreva who could move to Genoa.

Genoa have offered a three year contract to the Italian wing-back who could prove to be a bargaining chip in Inter’s move to bring Andrea Pinamonti back to the club. Pinamonti could well be Inter’s fourth choice striker but at this moment absolutely nothing can be ruled out.

The report from the broadcaster goes on to explain that in order to sign Chelsea’s N’Golo Kante an important sacrifice needs to be made to raise funds. Funds could possibly come from Paris Saint-Germain who are mulling over a potential double swoop for Radja Nainggolan and Milan Skriniar.
