Inter need to offload not one but three players in order to unblock the deal to bring Arturo Vidal to the club according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper La Repubblica.

Inter have been courting Vidal for a considerable amount of time and have seemingly got everything in place with both Barcelona and the Chilean national team player but the deal is currently frozen.

Vidal has reportly agreed to a two year contract with an option to a third year with Inter worth €6 million a year. Inter have also meanwhile reportedly agreed to pay Barcelona a nominal sum plus add-ons for Vidal.

In order to unblock the deal, Inter must move on Diego Godin, who is very close to joining fellow Serie A club Cagliari and in addition to needing to get rid of Godin, the report from La Repubblica explains that Inter also need to offload Andrea Ranocchia and Antonio Candreva, both of whom have an interest in them from Genoa.
