Hellas Verona are looking for at least one more forward to complete the attack, with coach Ivan Juric being interested in signing Eddie Salcedo on loan again from Inter, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Milano based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.
The report details how the 18-year-old Italian forward, who is contracted to the Nerazzurri until 2024, impressed Juric last season whilst on loan with the Gialloblu.
The two clubs are already in contact regarding a possible move and if coach Antonio Conte decides not to integrate Salcedo into his squad, then Hellas Verona would be in pole position to sign the teenager.
The 18-year-old Italian has already visibly grown thanks to his work with Juric. The player made 17 appearances last season in the league, where he scored one goal in 677 minutes.
Inter are also looking for temporary homes for other young talents like Sebastiano Esposito and Lucien Agoume.
