Inter defender Andrew Gravillon is close to joining Ligue 1 club Lorient according to a report from the online edition of French news outlet L’Equipe.
The two clubs are currently in negotiations over the Guadelopean national team player on the basis of a loan with option to buy deal.
Lorient are on the lookout for defensive reinforcements after conceding nine goals in their opening four Ligue 1 fixtures this term and are looking to Gravillon to help them out.
The report also claims that the player, who is under contract with Inter until the end of the 2022/23 season, would welcome a move to the Brittany based club, who are back in Ligue 1 this season following a second placed finish in Ligue 2 last term.
Gravillon, who is a product of Inter’s academy, has not featured whatsoever for the Nerazzurri during the course of pre-season and does not appear to be part of the club’s immediate plans.
