Matteo Darmian is to undergo his medical examinations with Inter tomorrow prior to completing his move to the club according to a report from Italian football journalist Francesco Fontana.

Darmian has long been linked with making a move to Inter and it now appears to be only a matter of time until he completes the move from fellow Serie A club Parma.

Inter have reportedly had a deal in place with Parma for several months over the highly versatile 36 time Italian national team representative which will see them pay a transfer fee of €2.5 million. Some reports in the media have stated that Darmian has already agreed to a four year contract with Inter.

Darmian joined Parma in the Summer of 2019 and in his time with the Ducali club he has made 36 appearances across all competitions, in which he has scored one goal and provided one assist.

Fontana took to social media platform Twitter and posted: “Tomorrow Matteo Darmian will have his medical examinations.”
