English Championship side Reading and clubs in the MLS are interested in signing Inter full back Kwadwo Asamoah, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Rome based newspaper Corriere dello Sport.
The report details how the 31-year-old Ghanaian full back, who is contracted to the Milanese club until the end of the season, has been linked with clubs abroad, as the Nerazzurri look to sell the player this transfer window.
Asamoah only made 11 appearances across all competitions last season for coach Antonio Conte, due to knee issues.
The Nerazzurri are also looking for a new home for 29-year-old Uruguayan midfielder Matias Vecino, the report continues.
Contracted to the club until 2022, only interest and questions have come from abroad regarding the player, who is currently recovering from knee surgery.
Vecino made 25 appearances across all competitions last season for the Milanese club, for a total of 1698 minutes. In that time, he scored three goals and provided one assist.
