Inter knocked back offers from three clubs for under performing midfielder Christian Eriksen according to a report from the online edition of Italian daily newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.
Paris Saint-Germain, Atletico Madrid and Hertha Berlin all made season long loan offers to sign the Danish national team attacking midfielder but Inter and the player himself rejected them.
Even though Eriksen has struggled for playing time this season and has hardly starred in his limited time on the field, the report insists that the 27-year-old remains very much in the Nerazzurri club’s plans.
The player himself wants to play his cards in Milan with Inter, who he joined in the most recent January transfer window in a circa €20 million deal from Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur.
Since joining Inter on a four and a half year contract, Eriksen has made 28 appearances across all competitions to date, in which he has scored four goals and tallied three assists.
