Inter president Steven Zhang will soon be back in his native China to negotiate with potential new main shirt sponsors for Inter according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Tuttosport.
Current shirt sponsors Pirelli, who have been on the front of the club’s shirts for over 20 years, will soon vacate their role as the club’s main sponsor and Zhang is at work to find a new main shirt sponsor to replace them.
Zhang is in fact working on finding an advantageous economic agreement with a company who would replace Pirelli and there are two Chinese companies in the running.
Hisense and Evergrande are the companies currently in pole position and if they want to become Inter’s main shirt sponsors then they will have to guarantee the Nerazzurri club a sum of €30 million.
The report from the Milan based news outlet explains that Zhang should return to Milan in the days after the upcoming Milan derby.
