Bayern Munich have sparked an interest in signing Inter striker Lautaro Martinez according to a report from Spanish news outlet Don Balon.

The Champions League holders are looking to bring in a new striker with current forward Robert Lewandwoski getting on a bit and the Germans are understood to have a €90 million offer for 23-year-old Lautaro ready.

Manchester City also have an interest in signing Lautaro with manager Pep Guardiola said to deem the Argentine national team player as the ideal heir to Sergio Aguero, whose contract with the club is due to expire at the end of the current season.

The report goes on to highlight the fact that Lautaro still has a €111 million release clause in his contract with Inter, which runs until 2023.

Inter rejected several offers below this amount from Barcelona during the recent Summer transfer window and the Blaugrana’s interest in Lautaro appears to have cooled.
