Inter Boss Antonio Conte Ready To Put Marcelo Brozovic Back Into Starting Line-Up Italian Media Claims

Inter manager Antonio Conte is ready to put Marcelo Brozovic back in the Inter starting line-up for this weekend’s Derby della Madonnina against AC Milan according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.

Brozovic, who is currently away with Croatia on international duty, has started Inter’s last two matches on the substitutes bench, but Conte is ready to put him back in the starting XI to take on the Rossoneri, who Brozovic has plenty experience against as well as a good record against them.

In his last four Derby della Madonnina appearances, Brozovic has lost just once and won four of the remaining six matches.

The report from the Milan based news outlet goes on to explain that Danilo D’Ambrosio and Aleksandar Kolarov will replace COVID-19 positive Alessandro Bastoni and Milan Skriniar in the defence whilst Ivan Perisic will play at left wing-back due to Ashley Young being unavailable as he is also COVID-19 positive.
