There has been a change made to Inter’s board of directors according to a report from Italian news outlet Calcio e Finanza.

As per the report, director Mi Xin resigned at the end of May and he has been replaced by Zhou Bin, who will be formally appointed at the next Inter shareholders meeting, during which, among other things, the financial statements up to June 30 2020 will be approved.

Zhou Bin joined the Inter board of directors near the end of June and no remuneration has currently been determined for Zhou Bin who has already declared that he renounces any emolument due to the potential taking up the position of director.

The report states that on June 22, Inter’s board of directors met via video conference. Inter president Steven Zhang, chief executives Alessandro Antonello and Giuseppe ‘Beppe’ Marotta were present.

Tom Pitts, a representative of LionRock, the company who owns a 31.05% stake in Inter, was also present at the meeting.
