Inter will soon have to sit around the negotiating table and deal with another problematic contract renewal according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Corriere dello Sport.
Inter have been in negotiations to sign Lautaro Martinez to a brand new contract for several months but his is not the only problematic renewal that the club will have to deal with.
The report from the Rome based news outlet goes on to explain that Inter will soon have to discuss a contract renewal for Marcelo Brozovic, which is problematic because there are doubts about his performances in the Inter project.
The Croatian national team player is currently under contract with the club until the end of next season meaning Inter need to move quickly if they wish to avoid potentially losing him for nothing because from January 2021 clubs will be able to approach him on a pre-contract basis.
