Stefan de Vrij, Achraf Hakimi and Arturo Vidal are all certainties for Inter, certainties that they must recover form after recent poor performances according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.
For different reasons, the trio above are considered to be cornerstones in this season’s Inter side but in recent weeks the trio’s performances have suffered.
The trio’s downturn in form does however coincide with the poor form that the team as a whole are having. In October Inter won just one of the games that they played and they have started this month off with a defeat.
In fact, Inter have won just one of their last seven matches across all competitions, something they most definitely were not expected to do.
The report from the Milan based news outlet goes on to stress that patience is required at this time. Patience is needed to reap what has been sown and it is also needed for de Vrij, Hakimi and Vidal to get back to their best.
