Inter’s position in the weekly club rankings put together by European football’s governing body has remained unchanged from the previous ranking, a report from Italian news outlet FCInterNews.it highlights.

Following the latest round of European football action, during which Inter lost 3-2 to Real Madrid in the Champions League, Inter rank 24th of all clubs, with a points tally of 50.

Inter are the fourth highest ranked Italian club behind Juventus, who are fifth, Roma, who are 16th and Napoli who are 17th.

The Nerazzurri club are however ahead of three other Serie A clubs in Atalanta, Lazio and AC Milan, who rank 32nd, 34th and 53rd respectively.

Reigning Champions League holders Bayern Munich top the UEFA rankings with a score of 117 points, which is five more points than second placed Barcelona and nine points more than third placed Real Madrid. Atletico Madrid are meanwhile in fourth place, directly in front of the aforementioned Juventus.
