Noted Italian football journalist Mario Sconcerti has shared his belief that the new found balance in Serie A is a good sign for Inter, who have not started the season like they were expected to.
Inter and several other of the top clubs have made worse than expected starts to the league campaign and after seven games played the league is a lot closer together than it has been in recent years.
Inter have not made a great start with them having won just three of their opening seven matches in the league and won just three of their opening 10 matches across all competitions to date.
The Nerazzurri have also won just one of their last eight matches in all competitions.
“The new balance in Serie A is an achievement for everyone. It is a good sign also for Inter, who is losing points but is expected to do better,” Sconcerti began his latest column which appeared in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Corriere della Sera.
Sconcerti also went on to share his thoughts on the Inter team: “Inter are not growing, they always have the same defects.”
