Three of Italy’s biggest clubs all have an interest in signing Hellas Verona starlet Matteo Lovato according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Corriere di Torino.

As per this report, Inter, AC Milan and Juventus are all interested in the highly rated central defender, who is having his breakthrough at the Gialloblu club this term.

Lovato joined his current employers back in January of this year from Padova and is under contract at the Stadio Marc’Antonio Bentegodi club through to the end of the 2023/24 season.

The 20-year-old, who is part of the Italian under 21 national team, has made seven appearances across all competitions to date for Hellas Verona and has very much impressed with his performances in Ivan Juric’s side alongside several other young players.

Whilst unable to make any goal contributions in just over 500 minutes on the park, Lovato has helped his side to record three clean sheets.
