The agenda for Inter’s upcoming annual shareholders meeting has been sent to all shareholders in the club ahead of the meeting taking place at the end of this month as per Italian news outlet FCInterNews.it.

The shareholders meeting will take place on November 27 via audio/video conference and the agenda for the meeting is as follows:

1. Approval of the financial statements of FC Internazionale Milano SpA at 30 June 2020; inherent and consequent resolutions;

2. Appointment of a member of the Board of Directors of FC Internazionale Milano SpA; inherent and consequent resolutions;

3. Appointment of an alternate member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of FC Internazionale Milano SpA; inherent and consequent resolutions;

4. Others/miscellaneous.

The financial statements for the 2019/20 financial year that Inter’s shareholders will approve will contain losses in the region of €100 million. These losses that are due largely in part due to the global COVID-19 pandemic which has hurt not just Inter and other clubs in Italy but all football clubs across the globe.
