Inter have increasing concerns about the Chilean national team’s management of Alexis Sanchez according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

Sanchez was forced to stop training prematurely on Wednesday and Chile communicated to Inter that it was a case of Sanchez suffering from simple fatigue.

Despite this Chilean national team manager Reinaldo Rueda has made it clear that he wants to play Sanchez, if possible.

Given the precedents, Inter’s concerns have raised considerably.Rueda has entered onto a collision course with Inter with his comments yesterday, comments Inter deemed, unacceptable, offensive and inaccurate. In short, Inter and Chle are at diplomatic war with one another.

The report from the Rome based news outlet goes on to point out one of the biggest inaccuracies of Rueda’s comments, namely his claims regarding Sanchez’s playing time.

Whilst Rueda claimed Sanchez played 45 minutes then another 90 minutes, the truth is that since the last national team break he played seven minutes of the Milan derby and played 45 minutes against Borussia Monchengladbach, during which he picked up an injury which caused him to miss the matches with Parma and Genoa.
