Inter have never lost a match when Anthony Taylor has been the referee according to a report from Italian news outlet FCInterNews.
Taylor has been appointed as the referee for tomorrow evening’s Champions League group stage match between Inter and Real Madrid at San Siro and this will be the fourth match of his refereeing career in which he referees the Nerazzurri.
The first match of Inter’s that Taylor refereed was back in the group stage of the 2014/15 Europa League when Inter took on French club Saint-Etienne, which ended 0-0.
Both of the remaining matches of Inter’s that Taylor has refereed in came last season. He refereed Inter’s 2-0 win over Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League group stage and then refereed Inter in their 2-0 win over Getafe in the knockout stages of the Europa League.
Inter versus Real Madrid is scheduled to kick off at 21:00 local time tomorrow and will pit fourth placed Inter against third placed Real Madrid.
