Arturo Vidal was Inter’s worst performing player in last night’s disappointing UEFA Champinos League group stage defeat at home to Real Madrid according to the player ratings published in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Corriere dello Sport.
The Chilean national team player had a night to forget after he was sent off in the 33rd minute. The former Barcelona man was sent off due to picking up two yellow cards in quick succession for dissent and his sending off only made things even more difficult for Inter who were already behind at this stage of the match.
He has been given a rating of just 3/10. Achraf Hakimi, Romelu Lukaku and Lautaro Martinez were all the next worst performers with all three of them being given ratings of 4.5/10. Inter manager Antonio Conte was also given a 4.5/10 rating.
Danilo D’Ambrosio, Ashley Young and Roberto Gagliardini received half marks for their performances whilst Milan Skriniar, Alessandro Bastoni, Alexis Sanchez all got 5.5.
The best performers were Ivan Perisic, Stefan de Vrij and Samir Handanovic, all of whom got a rating of 6/10.
