Inter could be open to allowing out of favour attacking midfielder Christian Eriksen to leave the club on a loan basis according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia journalist and transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio.

Eriksen joined Inter just under one year ago but has had a spell to forget with the Nerazzurri club where he has failed to cement a place in the starting line-up.

During the Summer transfer window there was talk of him leaving the club but at the time Inter were unwilling to let him leave on loan however that could change in the upcoming January transfer window as per Di Marzio, who also states that Eriksen could leave in another manner.

“Inter could open up to loans, in the transfer market in September/October they did not give the OK to loans, but now there could be an opening to allow the player to leave.

“Otherwise they will try an exchange with a player more suited to Conte’s ideas.” Di Marzio explained whilst present in the studios of Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, a short time ago.

This season Eriksen has made nine appearances across all competitions to date, in which he has failed to score any goals or provide any assists.
