Marcelo Brozovic will make a return to the Inter starting line-up in tonight’s penultimate UEFA Champions League group stage match away to Borussia Monchengladbach according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, which was broadcast late last night.

The Croatian national team central midfielder has missed out recently due to having COVID-19 but having recovered he looks set to be back among the starters in Germany.

Brozovic will take the place of the suspended Arturo Vidal and play alongside Nicolo Barella and Roberto Gagliardini in the centre of the park.

The report goes on to add that Inter manager Antonio Conte is set to stick with Matteo Darmian at right wing-back rather than bring Achraf Hakimi back into the starting XI.

Ashley Young will meanwhile come in for Ivan Perisic at left wing-back and Romelu Lukaku will replace Alexis Sanchez in the attack.

Probable Inter starting line-up (3-5-2): Samir Handanovic; Milan Skriniar, Stefan de Vrij, Alessandro Bastoni; Matteo Darmian, Nicolo Barella, Marcelo Brozovic, Roberto Gagliardini, Ashley Young; Romelu Lukaku, Lautaro Martinez
