Inter striker Romelu Lukaku has shared his belief that he is one of the top five strikers on the planet right now and refused to place a limit on where he can go.
“Tactically, in terms of my positioning and my movements, I can’t be wrong. Never. I’m in the top five strikers worldwide.
“If Cristiano Ronaldo, Messi and Lewandowski have exceeded their limits, why can’t I too?,” he explained in an interview with the latest issue of weekly French magazine France Football.
Lukaku has been with Inter since the Summer of 2019 and few players have managed to keep up with Lukaku’s scoring with only a few players, including Ronaldo and Lewandowski, having managed scored more than him.
The Belgian national team striker has been absolutely prolific in his 18 months with Inter with him having scored a sensational 46 goals in 64 appearances across all competitions for the club, in which he has also provided eight assists for his teammates.
This season the 27-year-old, who has previously played for Chelsea, West Bromwich Albion and Everton, has scored a highly impressive 12 goals in 13 appearances. He has also provided two assists.
