Inter coach Antonio Conte will only start Chilean midfielder Arturo Vidal tomorrow against Spezia if he is fully fit, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Turin based newspaper Tuttosport.
The report details how the 33-year-old Chilean midfielder has been suffering from thigh problems that have forced him to miss the last three games across all competitions.
Conte will only start Vidal provided that he is in top condition, as the 51-year-old Italian doesn’t want to risk his physical condition.
Another starter in midfield is former Cagliari man Nicolo Barella, a core part of Conte’s squad this campaign.
For the final spot, it will be either Marcelo Brozovic or Roberto Gagliardini, unless the former Chelsea and Juventus coach decides to give Stefano Sensi the chance to impress from the start.
In attack it is unlikely that Alexis Sanchez will feature, although he may be tested next week to check his availably for the clash against Hellas Verona before Christmas.
