Inter’s priority for the January transfer window at this moment is bolstering the attacking department according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Tuttosport.

The Nerazzurri club could potentially set-up a loan exchange in which they would put forward out of favour Andrea Pinamonti.

A loan swap with Parma for Gervinho could potentially be carried out and if an attempt at such a deal was made it would not be the first time either as Inter attempted it right at the end of the previous transfer window.

The report from the Turin based news outlet goes on to explain that the alternative to Gervinho is Atalanta’s Alejandro ‘Papu’ Gomez, provided that he costs of any deal are sustainable.

This season Pinamonti, who re-joined the club from Genoa, has found playing time very hard to come by. The 21-year-old has been limited to just three substitute appearances and he has made zero goal contributions.
