Inter have yet to receive an offer of any kind for Christian Eriksen as they bid to offload the Danish international in January, according to reports in Italy.

The Nerazzurri’s outgoing midfielder had been linked with a move to Paris Saint-Germain, who are poised to appoint his former Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino as their new head coach.

But reports in Le Parisien today suggested their hopes of a swap deal involving Leandro Paredes are slim, given the Argentine’s desire to stay in Paris.

Sport Mediaset have reported interest from Arsenal and Manchester United in the Premier League, along with PSG, but none of them have approached Inter yet to begin talks.

Eriksen is still expected to leave the club but the TV channel suggested it would not be as quick a departure as that of Radja Nainggolan, who rejoined Cagliari on loan earlier this week.

Paredes in any case is believed not to be a priority for Inter with the club focusing on signing a fourth striker, such as Atalanta’s Papu Gomez.
