Paris Saint-Germain have no interest in signing Christian Eriksen from Inter at this moment in time, according to a recent Italian media report.
CalcioMercato.com said today that the Ligue 1 giants’ new head coach Mauricio Pochettino has not asked for Eriksen to be signed and the Argentine does not consider the signing of the Dane to be a priority either.
In the past few days there has been direct contact between Paris Saint-Germain and Inter but this contact was not to hold talks over any potential move.
Instead, Paris Saint-Germain reached out to Inter to confirm that rumours of interest in them signing Eriksen did not come from them and they confirmed that they are not interested in the former Tottenham Hotspur player.
There has been a lot of talk about a possible swap deal that would see Eriksen and Leandro Paredes exchanged but it would appear that no such swap deal is on the horizon between the two clubs.
Eriksen has made just five starts in all competitions under Antonio Conte this season but his future remains unclear, with no club currently prepared to sign him in January.
